Please note: The ALERT Technology Showcase was originally scheduled to take place May 5, 2020 but has been postponed to April 21-22, 2021.

ALERT hosted a Technology Showcase on April 21-22, 2021. This year’s Showcase was held virtually and featured presentations, demonstrations, and panel discussions of ALERT research results and tools from select ALERT projects, many involving ALERT industry members. The objective of the Showcase is to demonstrate the impact and transition of ALERT’s work on Department of Homeland Security components such as the Transportation Security Administration and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection as well as its impact on the homeland security enterprise as a whole. Intrinsic to this objective is a close collaboration with industry and government stakeholders. Each demonstration will feature this collaboration in order to highlight the transition paths of the technologies.

The ALERT Technology Showcase 2021 event was similar to the Tech Showcase held in 2019. To view the information from the last Tech Showcase, please visit this page: https://alert.northeastern.edu/news-article/alert-hosts-technology-showcase-adsa20-workshop/
