COE Summit: July 31 – August 1, 2019

The Centers of Excellence Summit 2019 will be held July 31st – August 1st at George Mason University (Fairfax, VA). The event is sponsored by the national network of university-led U.S. Department of Homeland Security Centers of Excellence. The COE network is an extended consortium of hundreds of universities conducting research and education to address a host of priority homeland security challenges. The theme for COE Summit 2019 is “Homeland Security Challenges: Evolving Threats and Dynamic Solutions.”

The program includes panels with experts, a student poster and innovation showcase, demonstrations of tools and technology, and opportunities for collaboration.

The COE Summit is sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security Centers of Excellence (COEs). The COE network is a consortium of hundreds of universities that conduct research and education to address homeland security challenges.
